Markets and dispatch
CHRIVEA is preparing to serve the United States first, followed progressively by other markets. The dispatch country for each order, available destinations, carrier, and service level will be confirmed before payment. We do not describe orders as shipping domestically from the United States unless that is confirmed for the order.
Costs and timing
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown in secure checkout when available. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier, customs, address, weather, or other conditions outside CHRIVEA's control.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges may depend on the destination and order. Any amount collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Additional charges imposed by local authorities may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information will be provided when supplied by the fulfillment partner. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and should contact Customer Support promptly if a parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received.
